Change can feel overwhelming. Let’s cut straight to it: there are many terrible things happening in this world of ours. How do we decide what warrants our time and attention? IS VEGANISM EXTREME?
"Are vegans extreme left-wing hippies?" I wondered to myself, three years ago. At that time, I could respect choosing not to eat animals (though I still believed in humane meat and ate it regularly), but I couldn't fathom why people would choose not to eat animal byproducts, and, most of all, CHEESE!
